Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 250 degrees
- Measure 40ml of cold water into a bowl and add the contents of one sachet
- Mix until smooth paste is formed
- Add 1 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon to mixture and mix.
- Using your allowance of olive oil lightly grease silicone mould.
- Separate mixture into the mould allowing room for the mixture to rise
- Cook for 7-10mins in oven preheated to 250 degrees
- Allow time to cool before adding natural yogurt to finish.
- (you may want to add more cinnamon top top)
