Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Measure 40ml of cold water into a bowl and add the contents of one sachet
  3. Mix until smooth paste is formed
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon to mixture and mix.
  5. Using your allowance of olive oil lightly grease silicone mould.
  6. Separate mixture into the mould allowing room for the mixture to rise
  7. Cook for 7-10mins in oven preheated to 250 degrees
  8. Allow time to cool before adding natural yogurt to finish.
  9. (you may want to add more cinnamon top top)
